As a mom of Four.. Almost 3 years ago I needed a way to maintain my health, while being a stay at home mom. But the problem was, I didn’t not like to go to the gym and workout in front of people… (idk).. and I definitely wasn’t going to commit to paying a Personal Trainer, (total waste of $$) … And to be honest, I felt like I got the best workout when I was in nature, or with a friend or workout partner… But besides my low energy at the time… Who REALLY had the Time!!??! Long story short… I was looking for a Lifestyle that Only I could create…. So I did….
